Why did the RBI Ombudsman close my complaint saying I didn't respond, when I did?

I replied to the RBI Ombudsman's email asking for my comments, but the complaint was closed saying I hadn't responded. My reply's subject had "Re:" added and included a large audio attachment. What could have gone wrong, and can I file again?

In my case (5 emails in the last 3 years), the subject has always been Re: [Case ID : 000613XXXXX]; as this is automatically added by Gmail or most of the email clients.
So it should not be an issue.

Maybe it did not get delivered (or Babu just ignored it).
Did it have lots of heavy attachments?

Maybe because of the attachment size, their system may have rejected the email. and zoho may not have handled it properly.

If time has not lapsed, you can file another grievance; just give a reference to the older complaint and attach as many documents as possible. For audio recording, better to upload it somewhere and mention its link in the attached pdf.
