What goes into the OPI declaration and A2 form when remitting to IBKR? Do I need to list the stocks?

For an LRS remittance to Interactive Brokers, my bank needs an OPI (overseas portfolio investment) declaration and an A2 form. Do I have to name the stocks or ETFs I'll buy? Can I reuse pre-filled copies, and are the ITR and bank statement needed every time?

No stock names, only Interactive Brokers LLC

"With reference to my request for outward remittance of USD XXXX (foreign currency & amount) to Interactive Brokers LLC (beneficiary name) for Overseas Portfolio investment under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme, I hereby confirm and declare as under"

  1. The above remittance is towards my Overseas Portfolio Investment in M/s Interactive Brokers LLC (name of the investee company/entity)"

Yes, you can take multiple A2 prints,
The date, Amount, and section "DETAILS OF THE REMITTANCES MADE/TRANSACTIONS EFFECTED UNDER THE LIBERALIZED REMITTANCE SCHEME FOR FINANCIAL YEAR (APRIL-MARCH)" have to be filled

Better to edit the PDF on a computer and keep filled details version; whenever needed, fill in the date, amount, etc, print and submit

ITR/bank statement needs to be provided only the first time.
