In the remarks for my wire to IBKR I typed the account reference as UXXXXXXXX/NAME instead of UXXXXXXXX / NAME. Should I be worried that the deposit won't be matched to my account?

Sorry for the late response. I hope the transaction has already been processed.
I guess it's fine, as it's used to map to the actual account on the IBKR side. They will map it manually if not done automatically.
