AU customer care pushing for higher AMB account

So I am trying to switch to zero balance from royale.
They told me to transfer (outward remittance under LRS) over 1 lakh in a year - we need atleast 10k balance account - is that true?

They mislead; zero forex is applicable to all savings accounts w/o any limits.

I have already exceeded the stated transfer limit on a zero-balance account.
You can switch to a zero-balance account; do not follow customer care, as it will work.
