My Niva Bupa health policy includes an annual health check-up that can be booked cashless through their app. Is that a good option, or is it better to get the tests done at a lab of my choice and claim reimbursement?

Cashless annual health checkup booking on the Niva app is a sham.
There are a few labs only, and that too mostly unknown names (not so reputed).
They cover in Vitality A plan: CBC, ECG, FBS, HbA1c, Physical Examination, RUA, S Chol, S creatinine, SGOT/SGPT, TSH, USG, Vit D, X Ray chest.
Closely looking at this, you will know that instead of a full KFT, LFT, Lipid Profile, etc, they will just provide a few parameters result, so that their shady partner labs can upsell more tests.
I had tried to book using this only first, but looking at the options, I had to go with the reimbursement route.
