inv declaration an filing

Hi, I forgot to add my investment of 60k (5yrs TD in bank) during my investment declaration in my office.So in my Form 16 it is not there.But i have valid proof of investment did before march31-2016.Is there any way to include my investment while filing it returns through incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in this site.If so,please anyone let me know the procedures.Thanks in advance.
