I have registered my self for NPS by online and received pin number as well as PRAN account. However during online submission I failed to take out the printout of my application so as to send the hard copy with photo to CRA. I am now receiving the mail from NSDL stating "In this regard, we wish to inform you that, Central Recordkeeping Agency (CRA) has not received your physical PRAN application. Therefore, we request you to kindly submit the PRAN application to CRA at the earliest to avoid freezing of your PRAN. How I can get the hard copy of the application so as to send it to CRA? I mailed the quarry to NPS contact mail, but not received any reply. Please give the suggestion.
