Ecnr stamp

I have a visa for a company's branch outlet and now they are shifting me the main outlet and for which they are cancelling my current visa and are applying new visa for main company (same name only branch word would be removed) i had got ecnr stamping done when i came to the current visa do i have to again get the stamp for my new visa. I haven't completed two years in dubai Please help me with your reply on the same thanks
