I had filed my IT return ITR 2 for (AY 2015-16) on line through my C.A, while submitting the return he did not mention my savings bank account numbers correctly. ITR V has not been submitted yet. Can I make correction in my Savings account number in online IT return before the due date(i.e, 31.08.2015) by filing a new ITR2 return or the one that was already submitted

You need not to file return again.
Just goto efiling login and select Change ITR form particulars, Provide previous e-filing ack number and you would be able to change bank account details.
