if i have not informed about my previous state government job, will the new govt employer come to about it while creating pran number?

Officially a single PRAN number needs to be allocated to a person. As NPS department may not be checking existing accounts and generate a new PRAN in case someone applies. But employer won't come to know about earlier NPS account.
