Sir, I want to know whether we can see / download previous year filled ITR-1 or 2 in excel format from government income tax site, if yes, please guide me how to get it?

If you have filed income tax return online, you can download previous year's return files from online tax filing website after login. The format in which return can be downloaded is XML and Pdf.
After you login, go to My Returns/ Form section from My account dropdown. Click on acknowledgment number link. Under Downloads column, you would find link to download XML and ITR/Form (in PDF).
If you download XML file, you can use it to fill excel ITR form using import previous version button provided in ITR excel.
