Hi, I am an Engineering professional and got my Passport on November 2010. My passport does not holds any stamps (Either ECR or ECNR). My Question is Do I need to apply for an ECNR Stamp if am gonna fly to Singapore, Malaysia or Gulf Countries for a job.

As your passport does not have ECR stamp, its by default with ECNR status.
