LTA Claim for muliple hops

Hi,

I have a query regarding LTA.

In my 2 weeks leaves we did a round trip from Delhi to Surat and on the same day when i came back to delhi we did another round trip to jodhpur.

  1. can i claim for LTA for all 4 journies (via train) ?
  2. i did all the booking through IRCTC , can i use emails as proofs ?

These would be considered two different travels and only one can be claimed for exemption in a calender year,
