I have got ECR stamp in passport though I have completed my engineering. Now I am about to travel to San Francisco, California next week. Do I need to get any emigration clearance from POE before my travel to avoid any problem during travel, else to have my degree certificate as a precaution to avoid any problem during travel.Please let me know at the earliest because its really confusing whether its mandatory or not to have the stamp removed/get clearance to travel to North America.
