No Office Code on bill

Dear Pankaj,

I am not able to see office code on my bill.From office bill dropdown i have tried with each options but every time i am getting a message saying "Invalid Office Code." Please help me to get the office code.When i am using radio option i.e "Bill No" then it is giving a message "Invalid Consumer".I dont know my KNo also. How to get kNo???

In case K.No. is not mentioned on your bill, your area may not be covered by online billing application.

Can you please confirm under which area your residence comes?
