I have a question on e-file requirement: For AY 2013-14, I understand anyone with income >5 lacs MUST e-file. For AY 2014-15, I think I heard it on TV, ONLY those with a TAX LIABILITY >5 Lacs CAN e-file. Please confirm / clarify. Thank you.

Return filing rules for AY 2014-15 are not out as of now. It would be declared by IT department once FY 2013-14 is over.
