Is there any rule that states the minimum number of days that I have to be on leave to avail tax benefit for LTC or LTA?

As per Govt rules, there is no mention of minimum number of leaves taken for availing exemption.
It depends on employer, if it has such policy in place. Most of the private sector employers have minimum two days of earned leave policy.
