My mother is 63 years old (born on 01.01.1950). I have a Healthcare Policy from Oriental Insurance for her as well as for me (Family mediclaim) of Rs. One lakh coverage each. But in my opinion it is not sufficient. For that reason, I tried to increase the coverage for Rs. Five Lakh each but failed.
My mother has several ailments like diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, depression etc. and all these things got included in the existing healthcare policy over the period of time. However, now she is not being allowed to extend her coverage value.
Can you please suggest me a insurance company which will allow me to buy a health care policy for my mother with all these existing diseases ? Thanks and regards – Rajib
