Hi,
How do I get to know/check that whether I have claimed the LTA twice in the Current Block? How many times I have claimed? as only two times I can claim it.

The current block is 2010-2013. You only can tell if you have claimed earlier (one or more) in this block period. If you are employed with same employer since Jan 2010, then employer may also tell if you have claimed earlier.
