Regarding ECR Status on Passport

Hi,

I have 2 queries:

  1. I am travelling to Germany on Business Visa. But my passport hase ECR stamp. So do I need to endorse ECNR stamp in this case??

  2. In future I may get chance to go to Germany on Work Permit for around or more than 1 year. So in that case Do I need to endorse ECNR stamp on my passport??

For Germany, ECNR is not required for any kind of visa.
