We are planning to have corporate model of NPS. The question is "Employee and Employer has to contribute in same percentage or only employer can contribute that means employee will not contibute anything.

The NPS platform can handle all three variations of contributions from employer and employee:

  1. Equal contributions by employer and employee
  2. Unequal contribution by the employer and the employee
  3. Contribution from either the employer or the employee
