Dear Mr. Batra, I happened to visit your website first time and found it very informative and useful. Can you please let me know if my incentives are taxable as i do not have a fair idea on this. I am working with a recruitment firm. My salary is taxable. Pls also guide if income tax on the incentives earned has to be deducted, then will it be on principal amount of invoice or the total invoice amount which includes service tax, educational cess & HEC. Pls advise.
