I used to file return from company's CA. But this time I am planning to register by myself, as I have changed my company
Some CA of my previous company has registered my account online and has set some password. Email Id in that is of some other person and secret question is also added by him only. How to retrieve my password? Is there any help line, which can reset the password and email id?
If you have previously e-filed your IT return you will be able to reset your password only if you have the correct e-filing acknowledgement number mentioned in the ITR-V for that Assessment Year. Please keep your ITR-V readily available. If your have not previously e-filed your ITR return you will be able to reset your password using details on your PAN card.
