Hi We have invested in a 2bhk apartment from Omaxe ltd in punjab in Nov. 2009 but till today we have not got the possession.Every time they are delaying the possession date(from 2011 to 12 and now 2013) The demand letter had been coming on time since then but they have not been demanding since feb,12.The property is still under construction. Kindly let me know what should be my take in this scenario.
