Dear Mr. Pankaj, Thanks for the IT calculator. The amount entered in Leave Encashment (Row 19) of Excel sheet appears to be IT excempted. But our employer calculate tax for this. please clarify.

In case leave encashment amount is paid at the time of leaving service, it may be non taxable upto some limits.
