Most of these funds are good.

But I would advise you to invest through SIP and not through lump-sum mode. As SIP would average out cost of buying it would be beneficial.

You can invest whole amount into debt/liquid mutual funds and start a STP (systematic transfer plan) to selected funds. This would make sure money is invested through SIP and you still earn better returns on investment in mean time.

Can you suggest me other mutual fund or start sip my existing fund.

You can pick atleast one fund each from different categories like Equity-Large Cap, Equity-Multi Cap, Equity-Large & Mid Cap, Equity- Mid and small cap.

HDFC Top 200, Canara Rebaco Equity Diversified and UTI Dividend yield Fund fall under Equity-Large & Mid Cap. DSP Top 100 and ICICI Pru Focused Blue Chip fall under Equity-Large Cap. DSP Small & Mid Cap falls under Equity- Mid and small cap.

You may consider adding HDFC Equity or HDFC Growth to your portfolio.
