I have lost my passport in Bahrain

Hi Pankaj, I have lost my passport in Bahrain. I am under work visa and its been only two weeks since my arrival. My medical test id due next week and therefore i do not have a CPR number. I cannot take this issue to my employers as i am in probation and i do not want to sound irresponsible. Can you tell me the process involved and how long would it take for getting a new passport? It will be of great help to me. Thanks!
