Sir, I had applied for passport under tatkaal and received the same with ECR status eventhough I had enclosed proof of Edn. Qfn. (+2 discontinued ..TC) and approved as 10th pass by the passport authorities. Is it necessary to obtain correction as NECR as I propose to visit UAE (Abu dhubai) on tourist visa for a period of 10-12 days? or have I to do any other formalities? Please advice me to go to Abu dhabi by tourist visa or visit visa? thanks...
