I purchased a flat in Apr'05 & now I am saling it. I have taken housing loan while purchasing a flat & still I am paying EMI's. Can I calcilate Indexed Cost of Aquisition as = (purchase value + Stamp Duty + Registration + Housing Loan) X Indexation Factor.

Stamp duty and registration charges can be included in cost of acquisition but home loan payments cannot be included in it.
