Hello sir,
Which online method should be chosen
I have online trading account in karvy. Advantage 1. can be trusted 2. Trading can be done.
Disadvantage 1. charges on buying and selling funds 2. UI is not that much good.
I went through fundsindia and moneysights website. Advantage 1. free of cost 2. UI is simple and good. Disadvantage 1. can it be trust able?
Which method is good?I am confused
I think, online mutual fund websites are a better option to transact in mutual funds.
There should not be any reason to worry while transacting through moneysights or fundsindia. They are not investing your money with them but with same mutual fund companies, which you might be investing through karvy or any other brokerage firm.
Even if any of these companies close down tomorrow, your funds will be still safe. Its the mutual fund company which will redeem your amount once you sell units. These online mutual fund companies are just an agent, like brokerage firm.

If you want to start SIP in mutual funds, then moneysights would be good as they don't require paperwork again and again.
