Sir, I am a Railway employee and I have applied for PRAN 40 days ago but I havn't got the number yet and I got better post in Railways only so I'm leaving this job without proper channel and I know I will be made to apply again for PRAN there. So, will I face any problems in future ? Do the latter will get to know that I was a govt employee ?

New PRAN won't be issued if there is existing record already with your name. You will have to use same PRAN.
You can provide existing PRAN to your new employer. As anybody (not even in a Govt Job) can get NPS account and PRAN, you can inform them that you already have NPS account. It should not be an issue in future.
