Dear Sir, I have resigned from central govt job & I have a PRAN of NPS . I want to join another central govt job without giving information of my previous job. I do not want my earlier PRAN to be used for new job. can I apply for new PRAN after joining new Job. If I give old PRAN.will they ask me about my earlier job.will they come to know about my earlier job. I don't want to give information of my earlier job .

Only one NPS account can be opened for a person. In case you already have PRAN of new pension scheme, you should not apply for a new PRAN.
Having a PRAN does not necessarily proves that you were employer earlier too. A person can open NPS account himself without even employed anywhere and can get PRAN.
