How do i check pf balance with out OFFICE-SUB-CODE

Hi

My pf a/c number is MH/31643/xxxxxx. For checking balance online, it is asking for OFFICE-SUB-CODE. What should i enter?

You should enter MH in state code, PUN in office code (for Pune), 31643 in establishment code and XXXXXX in account number field.
