Hi!!

I need urgent help!

I worked in company A for 3 months and then I’m shifting to company B in Nov. I don’t want to tell comapnay B about company A. Can you please tell me what could happen if I do not tell my new employer about my previous PF account (closed but still in the 60 days period) ??

There should not be an issue if you don't tell current employer about previous company's EPF account.

You can withdraw EPF balance from old account by filling form 19 and 10c.

However If you wish to transfer balance from old account to new account, then your current employer will have to informed for the same, while filling up the transfer form.

But I need to fill form 11, can I fill tha I never had a PF account? both the companies are in different states.

Is it mandatory to fill form 11 in current company?

If yes, It won't be good to state that "I have never been a member of any Provident Fund and/or Pension Fund" on a signed document.

yeah it is. but my new company is in Maharashtra and the old one is Andhra Pradesh. will it create problems ?? thanks in advance
