I opened an NPS account- tier-1 and 2. Now my problem is how to make the payments without personally going to the POP 4 times in a year. I heard that by using the net banking services of ICICI bank , i can make online contributions to NPS. camsonline is another option.Any other options. Which is most conveinient ?
If you have internet banking of SBI, you can make payment to NPS online.
Thanks for informing about same. This is some recent development.
As of now there is no way to make online contribution to NPS account using net banking etc.
CAMS service for same has not started yet and page on their site shows under construction (https://www.camsonline.com/PensionSystemServices.aspx).
ICICI Bank does not provide online payment to NPS in their net banking facility, However ICICI securities account (demat and online share trading account) has started online payment for NPS.
