Some tax practitioners are of the view that DTC is unlikely to be implemented wef 01 April 2012 (AY 2013-14). This does make investment planning a 'dicey' matter. Any feedback on the implementation schedule?

As of now, Direct Tax code implementation date is 1st April, 2012 only. There is no notification till date to postpone it.
