is there a possibility of enrolling employees in the organized sector for NPS (in addition to PF). If so can the employer get POP status. If answer is no, who the responsible person in PFRDA with whom discussions can be held.

Yes, you can get New Pension scheme (NPS) account opened in addition to PF account. Regarding employer contribution, you can contact nearest CAMS office regarding same. They will be able to help you in this.
