H, I am working in a co. wherein saturday and sundays are off. If I travel on these days can i claim LTA

Generally companies have policies to take Earned leaves for LTA exemption. Holidays can be a part of leaves taken. e.g. if you go out for 3 day trip, one day can be leave and other two days can be public holidays.
