Pls explain the benefit of NPS. Hw a new starter will save money in NPS? Whether it is applicable other than govt emplayees. Hw it will benefit for a salaried person.Hw to start invest in NPS ( am 28yrs old ). Pls explain me.

Its a pension plan, which has been created by government to provide some security after retirement. All Indian citizens can invest in this.
