Checking provident Fund Online

Hi i am Hanumantharaju i have PF Account in Bangalore and the Number is KN/WF/35821/1789. i tried to check the PF online . but the first two inputs are already filled with BG and BNG so there is no provision for entering KN and WF in the input . so i tried by entering the establishment code and the employee number which is 35821 and 1789 respectively . i got a reply as invalide memmber Id or the data is not uploaded . i feel this is might be happening to all Account Holders whose PF number starts with KN/WF . i would kindly request you to know if there is any solution to this

Please try PY/KRP as new code instead of KN/WF and establishment and account number should be same as mentioned by Pankaj.

EPF online balance check application is still in half-cooked stage and most of the account holders receive the same message that invalid member id or data is not uploaded. Don't worry about it. It may be corrected in few months.

KN/WF was older coding convention for account numbers. Now BG/BNG is used. So remaining account number will remain same, only the city prefix have changed.

do we need to ignore KN/WF while entering , i mean should we enter only the Remaining Account Number

Yes, you should only enter 35821 (in establishment/employer code) and 1789 (in account number)

I tried the same but I am still getting

Invalid Input / Member name mismatch against this BG/BNG/*/000/000****

Please help.
