Temporary ecnr stamp on passport for women below age of 30 in india

my wife had to go to india for a visa change to the UAE she is about to get her new visa but recently we were informed that she requires to get her passport reissued as the ecnr stamp is not there on her passport. i was told that if she is below the age of 30 she cannot get a temporary ecnr stamp too. i read on the site that a women can get a temporary ecnr stamp if she is a skilled worker and not a housemaid. I would like to know can she get the temporary stamp or does she have to make a new passport ?

Is she going on employment visa to UAE. if yes, then only she need ECNR status. Else not.

If she requires either she can get emigration clearance from PoE office or get passport reissued.

hi pankaj thanks for the info, my wife did go to the POE office to get emmigration clearance but they said that women below the age of 30 cannot get the ecnr done, she was told to reissue her passport which we cant as she is goingto get her visa soon, any other means that we can try? some agents say they can some say that we need to get a work agreement from the employer filled in and sent to india to get it done.

There is actually no other way. Either she gets emigration clearance or gets passport reissued.
