Difference between income and Sch TDS1

I am a salaried employee and have e-filed my return through a CA . He have mentioned my Income from Salary (Part B)less than the income mentioned in SCH TDS1-Details of Tax Deducted at Source from Salary FORM 16 A. This has entitiled me for a refund. Will this cause any problem or the Income tax department ask for an explaination in discripancy? My taxable income is less than 5 lacks.

IT department can send you notice to explain the difference.

If your employer has deducted extra tax and taken some components as taxable which should be non-taxable, then you can prove same with assessing officer if you get notice.

If you don't have solid reason to consider some income as non-taxable, you should not be doing it in income tax return.
