How to get ECR stamp deleted (its Urgent)

Respected Sir, I am from Maharashtra India. I have got a Job in AbuDhabi UAE as a Engineer. But i am having an ECR stamp on my Passport. They will be sending my e-Visa within next two days which will be of 2years. My questions are 1) how to delete Ecr stamp 2) even if i get temporary clearance; for how many days it will be Valid. 3) when i come back to India on my annual leave; do i need to again take the temporary clearance stamp before going to Abu Dhabi. 4) can i apply for a reissue of my Passport in tatkal and get the ECR stamp deleted and carry both the passports

Please help me out Sir!!

For permanent removal of ECR status, passport need to be reissued.

You can get emigration clearance from PoE office, if you don't have enough time for passport reissue. This would be valid for one time.

You can also get passport reissued in tatkal. In case of passport reissue old passport also needs to be carried always along with new one.

Thank You Sir, I have applied for Passport Reissue in Tatkal; but as you may be knowing that the Police inquiry for Tatkal is done after 1 month. My all the Details of Passport would be same. So is it preferable that I leave India and move on to Abu Dhabi

In case address has not been changed and old passport was not that old, police verification may not be needed for new passport.
