Incorrect Form16A

My previous employer where I worked for 6 months in yr 2012-13 (Aug to Jan) on contract basis, has given me incorrect Form16A for Q3 & Q4. From16A for Q1 is correct. Details of the actual payments made to me, don't match with the details of payment, as seen in Q3 & Q4 Form16A. Sum total of professional fees paid to me in actual, is less, then From16A sum total shown, as paid to be me by my previous employer. Due this my annual income for yr2012-13 goes up, even though I haven't got that payment into my account from the company. Pls let me know what needs to be done. Negotiations are on with employer to rectify these From16A, but employer doesn't seems to be serious about this as From16A states that he has deposited TDS deducted into govt treasury. Where can I raise my complaint against this incorrect Form16A and also against this company's fraud of showing amt paid but actually not paying at all. Pls let me know.

Employer can only get it rectified on their end.

I also had similar issue and I had to request multiple time to deductor for its correction and finally it has been corrected now and visible in form 26AS.
