Hi Pankaj,

As per supreme court ruling, if my organization policy says that I have to submit the proofs(bills, boarding passes etc.) of my travel. Can I object to it and say that you are not responsible hence you cannot ask for it?

You can show them court ruling and ask them not to ask for proofs. Just declaration of travel (place, passenger names, relation, amount) should be sufficient.
