Can I claim LTA for multi-city travel?

I have travelled from say A->B; then B->C and finally C->A. I have train tkts for all the above journeys. Can I claim LTA for such a travel?

Also, say my LTA limit is 10,000. And A->B fare is 5000; B->C is 2000; C->A is 4000. Can I get tax exemption for entire 10,000 for travel-proofs provided in above manner?

Thanks in advance! Katti

Generally employer would only consider travel for one city only. Either round trip fare from A to C or A to B would be considered for exemption.
