Case 1 --> If my taxable turnover is lower than taxable income, is it necessary to submit I.T.Returns, even though I am PAN Card holder

Case 2 --> If my taxable turnover is lower than taxable income, after investment in PPF, ELS, etc., is it necessary to submit I.T.Returns, even though I am PAN Card holder

In case your income before deductions/exemptions (80-C, home/education loan, medical insurance etc) is less than taxable range, then IT return filing is not mandatory. Else, its required.
