You can surely claim tax deduction under section 80DDB as Parkinson's disease is included in section. Max deduction available here would be Rs 60,000 against actual expenses only. If expenses are less, deduction would only be available against that amount. If asked by IT department, you will have to produce bills. I am not sure if it comes under disability rule u/s 80DD. You should get a disability certificate from Govt medical officer. If he provides same, then you can claim additional Rs 50,000 (or 1 lakh in case medical officer declares disability as severe).
