Home Loan Interest rebate

I am submitting rent receipt by staying in a house. I purchased a flat with a loan from SBI in 2002 and I constructed a house with a loan from 2004. Both the flat and house are letted out. All threee are in the same city. Is there any restriction from income tax rules in claiming the home loan interest rebate for the house constructed and flat purchased.

If your owned houses are in same city or at a commutable distance from office, you are not eligible for HRA exemption.

Apart from this, there is no limit on interest claim for housed shown as let out.
