Can i apply for H1B visa with ECR status in passport

Hi, Currently my passport has ECR, I'm immediately planning to apply for H1B visa stamping for employment. Do I need to get ENCR inorder to get H1B or can I apply with ECR status?

ECNR is an Indian government requirement and has nothing to do with getting visa for any country.

Whether or not you have ECNR, you can get visa for any country.
